Manamaze guarantees that the correct products are shipped to the client. If the wrong items are shipped by mistake, the client must contact us and by mutual agreement the client can return the wrong products. We will refund the regular postage costs that are incurred. The correct products will be sent as soon as Manamaze receive the original wrongly shipped products. The extra postage and packaging costs for the newly shipped products will not be charged to the client.

Manamaze cannot be held responsible for incorrect data offered by the client. Any additional costs arising from wrongly entered data concerning orders will be met by the client.

In the unlikely event that a product advertised in the Manamaze store as in stock is unavailable, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. Manamaze accepts no responsibility for incorrect information regarding stock levels.

All data offered by clients will be handled with the utmost discretion. No data will be sold or in any other way be revealed to a third party.

Manamaze reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices mentioned in order-confirmations are the actual prices on the website at the time of the confirmation. Prices mentioned on the website are not binding, they may contain errors.

On conventions and other events the prices may differ from those on the website. In no way can our website guarantee the stated prices when buying on a convention and vice versa.
